About ATX Mobicare Device Swap Service
Device Swap Service is a value-added service offered to eligible customers which allows the customers to Swap their Registered Device subject to the Mobicare Device Swap Service Request Program Terms and Conditions (Terms and Conditions).
You may make up to two Swap Service Requests in any rolling 12-month period (Limit) provided you remain enrolled in the Device Swap Service Program
You can opt for monthly, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months and 24 months subscription plan. The subscriptions fees are paid monthly or upfront upon enrolment. *You can also renew the program by making payment 7 days before your existing payment period ends. Upon your successfully request for a Swap, there will be an applicable Swap Service Request Fee based on the retail price of your Registered Device. The service swap fee is payable to Asurion Technology Malaysia Sdn Bhd , ATX’s partner to handle Service Requests.
There is no hidden cost. All subscriptions fees & Swap Service Request Fees are clearly stated in the Terms and Conditions.
